Why We Hate Working for Big Companies

It’s been quite a journey going from being born on a commune to raising more than $87 million in funding at a software company. It’s one that has forced me to wrestle with existential questions about my true beliefs, and how they intersect with my life as an entrepreneur. One’s work is rarely a pure reflection of ideology, but companies need a clear and authentic strategy, which requires alignment between company operations and the founder’s philosophy.
